Nature of Services
Scienwave Technologies provides technology services, education-oriented programs, workshops, internships, certification support, research and publication guidance, patent support guidance, institutional collaborations, career-track opportunities and related professional services. Final scope, pricing, timeline and deliverables are governed by written communication, proposal, invoice, confirmation email or agreement.
No Automatic Acceptance
Submission of an enquiry, application, collaboration request or payment interest does not guarantee admission, selection, partnership, employment, internship, certificate, publication, patent approval, placement, result or commercial engagement. All requests are subject to review, eligibility, availability, approval and mutual confirmation.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, avoid false submissions, avoid impersonation, respect intellectual property, follow program instructions and maintain professional conduct with Scienwave, trainers, students, institutions and partners.
Programs, Certificates and Learning Outcomes
Program completion, certificates, letters, evaluations or acknowledgements may be issued only after successful participation, attendance, required submissions, conduct compliance and internal verification. Scienwave may withhold, correct, suspend or revoke records in cases of non-compliance, misuse, false information or unauthorized alteration.
Collaboration Terms
Institutional, school, college or corporate collaborations become valid only after written acceptance of scope, curriculum/proposal, commercials, schedule, responsibilities and implementation terms. A website enquiry or meeting discussion does not create a binding partnership.
Career and Contributor Terms
Career, trainer, ambassador, internship or contributor applications do not create employment or guaranteed compensation unless expressly confirmed in writing by authorized Scienwave communication. Incentives, stipends or payouts apply only as per written eligibility and verification rules.
Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
Payments, refunds, cancellation, rescheduling and service credits are governed by the relevant invoice/confirmation and the Refund and Cancellation Policies. Taxes, platform charges, payment gateway charges or consumed services may be non-refundable where applicable.
Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, curriculum, proposals, program materials, logos, brand assets, documents, templates and training resources remain the intellectual property of Scienwave or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be handled through good-faith resolution first, and courts/competent forums in Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction where legally permissible.
