Collaboration Enquiries

A collaboration enquiry is an expression of interest only. It does not create a partnership, appointment, authorization, representation, franchise, agency relationship or binding obligation.

Proposal and Curriculum Review

Before execution, Scienwave may share a proposed curriculum, scope, session flow, deliverables, timeline, commercial details and responsibilities. The institution must review and approve the proposal before implementation begins.

School Collaborations

School programs are designed for age-appropriate exposure to STEM, coding, AI awareness, innovation, creativity, problem-solving and career awareness. For minors, schools/parents/guardians must provide required permissions and supervision as applicable.

Institutional and College Collaborations

Institutional collaborations may include SDP, FDP, internships, certification programs, workshops, research awareness, innovation events, placement readiness, project guidance and department-level initiatives. Final offerings depend on institution requirements and confirmed scope.

Responsibilities

The institution is responsible for required internal approvals, student communication, venue or online platform readiness where applicable, parent/guardian permissions for minors, participant discipline and institutional coordination. Scienwave is responsible for agreed program delivery, trainer coordination and deliverables within the confirmed scope.

No Exclusivity or Publicity Rights

No institution, department, trainer or collaborator may use Scienwave’s name, logo, certificate format, proposal, curriculum or brand publicly unless written permission is given. No exclusivity exists unless expressly agreed in writing.

Commercials and Cancellation

Fees, revenue share, discounts, certificates, travel, logistics, resource costs and cancellation terms must be documented in writing before execution.
