Participant Cancellation
Participants should notify Scienwave as early as possible if they cannot attend a session, workshop, consultation or program. Cancellation eligibility depends on notice period, batch size, resource allocation and confirmation terms.
Rescheduling
Scienwave may allow rescheduling where operationally possible. Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability, batch status, program schedule, institutional calendar and internal approval.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a confirmed session, interview, meeting, consultation, workshop or program without prior notice may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for refund, credit or rescheduling.
Scienwave-Initiated Changes
Scienwave may reschedule, postpone, merge, replace, modify or cancel a session or program due to trainer availability, technical issues, institutional requirements, insufficient batch strength, emergencies or operational reasons. In such cases, Scienwave may offer an alternate schedule, replacement session, credit or refund where applicable.
Institutional Collaborations
School, college and institutional collaboration cancellations are governed by written proposal, confirmation, invoice or agreement. Costs already incurred for planning, trainer allocation, travel, content preparation or execution may be chargeable.
Communication
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be sent through official communication channels and are valid only after written acknowledgement from Scienwave.
This page is a practical website policy document and not a substitute for independent legal advice. Scienwave may update these policies as operations, laws, services or risk requirements evolve.
