Application and Selection
Submitting a career, internship, trainer, student contributor or campus ambassador application does not guarantee selection, employment, internship, stipend, incentive, certificate, letter of recommendation, offer letter or onboarding. All applications are subject to review, eligibility, verification, role availability and internal approval.
Nature of Engagement
Unless a written employment contract is issued by authorized Scienwave personnel, internships, contributor roles, ambassador roles, trainer assignments or project-based work do not create a permanent employment relationship. Engagements may be remote, part-time, project-based, training-based or performance-based.
Documentation and Verification
Applicants must provide accurate identity, contact, education, experience, resume, portfolio and payment/referral details where applicable. Scienwave may reject, pause or terminate applications where information is incomplete, misleading, unverifiable or false.
Certificates, LORs and Completion Proofs
Certificates, completion letters, internship confirmations, LORs or experience-related documents are issued only when participation, work completion, conduct, attendance, submission quality and internal requirements are satisfied. Scienwave may withhold, correct or revoke documents in case of misconduct, non-completion, false claims or unauthorized edits.
Incentives and Payments
Stipends, incentives, commissions or payouts apply only if expressly stated in writing and after successful verification of eligibility, valid referrals, completed registrations, collected payments, non-duplication and policy compliance.
Conduct and Confidentiality
Applicants, interns, trainers, ambassadors and contributors must maintain respectful communication, confidentiality, academic honesty, data privacy, brand discipline and ethical promotion standards. Misuse of Scienwave name, logo, documents or contacts is prohibited.
Termination or Removal
Scienwave may reject, suspend or terminate an engagement for misconduct, non-performance, policy violation, poor communication, misuse of materials, false claims, unauthorized fee collection, harassment, spam promotion or reputational risk.
