Eligibility
Incentives apply only when the applicable campaign or role officially includes incentives in writing. No incentive is payable merely for submitting leads, making claims, posting content or introducing contacts unless the specific written conditions are met.
Verified Conversion Requirement
Incentives are calculated only on verified, non-duplicate, genuine registrations or conversions that are approved by Scienwave, paid where applicable, not refunded, not cancelled and not disputed.
No Misleading Promotion
Ambassadors, interns, trainers, contributors and partners must not make false promises regarding jobs, certificates, government recognition, guaranteed internships, guaranteed income, placement, marks, publication acceptance, patent grant or institutional approval.
Payment Timeline
Approved incentives may be processed after verification, payment realization, refund window review and internal approval. Timeline may vary depending on campaign, payment gateway settlement, documentation and compliance checks.
Deductions and Reversals
Scienwave may deduct, hold or reverse incentives for refunds, cancellations, duplicate entries, fake leads, self-referrals, spam, unauthorized discounting, policy violation, incorrect bank details, disputes or misuse of brand identity.
Taxes and Compliance
Recipients are responsible for any tax, reporting, bank or regulatory obligations applicable to incentives or payouts received. Scienwave may require identity, bank or compliance information before payout.
Final Decision
Scienwave’s internal verification records and authorized written communication will be considered final for incentive eligibility unless corrected by management after review.
