Expected Conduct

  • Communicate respectfully with students, parents, institutions, trainers, Scienwave team members and collaborators.
  • Follow program instructions, deadlines, ethical learning practices and professional communication standards.
  • Protect confidential, personal, academic, institutional and business information.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, intimidation or abusive communication.
  • False promises, fake certificates, unauthorized fee collection, impersonation, misleading promotion or misuse of Scienwave identity.
  • Plagiarism, academic dishonesty, unauthorized sharing of materials, cheating, hacking attempts, malware, spam or illegal activity.
  • Recording, publishing or distributing sessions, materials, student data or institutional information without written permission.

School and Minor Safety

For school programs and minors, all participants and representatives must follow child-safety, institutional supervision, parent/guardian consent and appropriate communication practices. Direct unsupervised or unrelated personal communication with minors is prohibited.

Use of Brand and Materials

Scienwave logos, certificates, offer letters, curriculum, posters, proposal documents, session recordings and internal materials may be used only with written authorization and only for the approved purpose.

Consequences

Violation may lead to warning, removal from program, withholding or revocation of certificate, cancellation of incentive, termination of engagement, reporting to institution, blocking of communication or legal action where necessary.
