Applicability
This policy applies to school collaborations, STEM sessions, coding programs, AI awareness sessions, innovation clubs, competitions, workshops and any activity involving students below 18 years.
Consent and Authorization
School-level programs must be coordinated through authorized school representatives. Where required, schools must obtain parent/lawful guardian consent before sharing student details or allowing participation.
Supervision
School programs should be conducted with appropriate institutional supervision. Scienwave representatives should not conduct unrelated one-to-one personal communication with minors outside official program channels.
Appropriate Content
Content for minors must be age-appropriate, educational and safe. Programs should avoid harmful, illegal, exploitative, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent or unsafe content.
Student Data
Only necessary student information should be collected for program administration, attendance, certificates and support. Student data should not be publicly disclosed without authorization.
Reporting Concerns
Any concern involving student safety, misconduct, inappropriate communication or data misuse should be reported immediately to the official grievance email for review.
School Responsibility
Schools are responsible for campus permissions, student discipline, parent communication, local supervision, facilities and compliance with their own child-safety rules.
